Dexter the Dachshund - Children’s Book Illustrator

Illustrating Dexter the Dachshund marked an important milestone in my career as a children’s book illustrator. The project challenged me to stretch in new ways—refining character consistency, developing a cohesive visual world, and working within a fast-paced production schedule. Throughout the process, I discovered how much I love crafting stories for young readers and how naturally my creative background extends into supporting the book’s marketing and promotional efforts. From designing visual assets to shaping the overall look and feel of the launch, contributing beyond the page has been an unexpected bonus. This experience has been both demanding and deeply rewarding, and it has only strengthened my excitement to continue growing along this career path.
